This driver doesn't even speak, forget about singing

Why did I agree to start my new (temporary) position the day after I get back from New York? My ability to even think straight won’t come back until sometime Wednesday afternoon.

I should have taken an earlier bus, maybe then somebody wouldn’t be snoring so loudly that I can hear with my headphones on and the volume up.
