Fenty is handling this well

The District’s 32 year gun ban came crashing down today, but Mayor Fenty is already looking into loopholes.

In his remarks at the John A. Wilson Building, Fenty said he viewed today’s ruling as narrowly tailored to guns in the home and not on the street, emphasizing that the city can still bar handguns from being carried outside of the home.

Chances are Heller will bring another case to court so that he can carry his weapon on the streets, but I like the crafty way the District is dealing with this ruling.
