Initial impressions to The Hold Steady's new album

Eh, it’s okay, but not the tremendous summer album I was hoping for. I had to skip a track here or there. “Yeah Sapphire” gave me a headache, but the album opens strongly with “Constructive Summer” and “Sequestered in Memphis” but goes a little downhill after that. The whole thing is streaming on their MySpace page.
